Ever since Mohan Singh first opened India Pavilion Restaurant in 1979, he has educated patrons on the health benefits of eating fresh meats and vegetables prepared with cleansing Indian spices such as turmeric, cumin, ginger and pepper. Mohan Singh believes in order to create great Indian food a chef must pay particular attention to the ingredients he uses. Mr. Singh sources his own spices, lentils and basmati rice. To ensure the boldest aromas possible, our chefs grind the spices on site prior to cooking.
As a local favorite for over 40 years, we have earned many accolades, but the accolades that mean the most to us are your good will, faith and repeat business.
